I did figure out how to work around the problem using revive now. I found that more recent versions of Pitool changed something and it no longer worked. Left anti-aliasing enabled and change resolution (to several settings). Dying Light has always had a hidden oculus Vr mode that used to work with Pimax headsets through Pitool.
